It’s time to have Taiwanese food again – and there is no better place to have authentic Taiwanese food than Lon-Men’s Noodle House, which is located in the district area Charlottenburg/ Wilmersdorf, Berlin. To be more precise on Kantstraße aka “little Asian street” due to the great amount of Asian restaurants that are situated next to each-other such as Good Friends, Aroma or 893 Ryōtei just to name a few 😎
It’s crazy that no matter to which season or time I visit Lon-Men’s Noodle House, there is always a queue. But due to the size of the restaurant, which is small and cosy, people know that they only come here for the food and then move on again to make space for the next guests. So, even though queue can be long but waiting time is normally around 20mins or sometimes even less…
The waiters are working in high speed tempo from taking your order to serving your food. And the food is absolutely amazing. I came here normally for their beef noodle soup but this time I wanted to try some other dishes on their menu. And they surely didn’t disappoint me.
We started off with the Taiwanese Tofu style (absolutely amazing this one) 
Followed by the Seasonal Vegetables 
… and Dim Sum Combination (Siu Mai, Dumplings with Shrimps, Taiwanese Dumpling and Xiao Long Bao) 
Next was the two Gua Bao one with Duck meat filling, and the other Beef meat (both were very tasty) 
Together with the Udon Seafood Noodles Soup (same nice as their popular beef soup) 😉 
Overall Experience: 9.5/10 (quick service, friendly staffs as usual and more important the food!! Whatever I order from their menu it always tastes so delicious, and so far I have never been disappointed with the food. Only tiny comment from my side – I wish they have more food choices to choose from. Plus, their menu hasn’t been really updated over the years. Yet, I am always looking forward to eating here again 😀 )
Good to Know: Due to the size of the restaurant I wouldn’t recommend coming here with baby strollers. There is surely no space inside the little dining area for that! Maybe for the summer time when its warm enough to eat outside. Moreover, as mentioned before this place is small, so if coming with a bunch of friends (larger than 6 people) it might be a “challenge” to seat you all on one table next to each-other.
