What I miss most in Berlin is that there aren’t many “fun” indoor activities available for (young) adults. Especially during the cold winter season, where indoor activities are high in demand. Surely, there are the “classics” such as Bowling, 3D-Mini-Golf, Billiard and currently very much in trend Room Escapes.
During my catch-up with my friends recently in New York, I discovered how much I miss board games and I was kind of “jealous” that over there, there are so many gaming options available. It’s true what one friend said “even though we are growing ‘older’ but we are still young and fooling around especially this [our] generation” 😎
So, when I got back home I did some research on the internet in terms of board game locations in Berlin. And I found two places that offers this, one is in “East” Berlin and the other in “West” Berlin. Since the last one is closer to where I live, we decided to try this one out, which is called “Spiele-Wirtschaft”.
Spiele-Wirtschaft is located in the district area Schöneberg and bit far from the busy/ main roads. When we arrived at this place, I wasn’t so quite sure what to expect since this place didn’t look very appealing from the outside windows. 
To be on the safe side, I reserved us a table the day before by filling the reservation form online on their website. It didn’t take long to get a confirmation email saying that my preferred time slot got approved 😉 
We arrived early and were the first guests even. The person, who runs this place is very friendly. He even suggested us some games to play. 
We randomly picked out three board games but only finished Monopoly *hihi*
This one really brings back some of my childhood memories 😀
Overall Experience: 10/10 (A must-visit place for all board game lovers, I highly recommend to make a stop at Spiele-Wirtschaft. There are so many games for all kind of ages that are waiting to be played. You will be surprised how fast the time can past. Moreover, this place also serves hot and cold beverages / snacks. There is a small fee of €1 per person and per hour, however, if you consume more than €15, then the fees will be waved)
