It’s my second visit to this little hidden gem place for Korean food in Berlin. It’s not as famous as the other ones such as YamYam, GoGoGi or Kimchi Princess and in comparison to some reviews this place even ranks bit lower, which I don’t know even why.

This place is surely not as fancy as the newly opened ones. Just a very simple Korean restaurant with no decoration or whatsoever, and you will find more Asian people eating here. My Korean friend told me that she and her family come here on a regularly basis.

Before our food arrived, they gave us free Banchan (small dishes) as “starter” to taste. From all the Korean places I have been to in this city, HoDoRi served the most Banchans 😀 My favourite ones are the sweet potato and the soybean in sesame oil

Finally our food arrived

Bibimbap Mul-naengmyeon (Korean cold noodles in chilled broth) which they only served during the summer time We also ordered Mandu (Korean dumplings) We were all super full after all these yummy food, and that for a very reasonable price. Since it was during their lunch time offer (Mon – Thu between 12pm to 5pm) each dish costs around €6.5 – €10 😉

Overall Experience: 7.5/10
