C and I landed in Copenhagen at around noon time, time enough to check into our hotel the Adina Apartment Hotel Copenhagen, which is close to the city centre.
Like the name of the hotel says it’s in an apartment hotel, therefore, all rooms come with a bedroom, an open kitchen with living room and a spacious bathroom.
Afterwards, we made our way towards the city centre.
First stop, the City Hall 😀 It’s such a beautiful place. Visitors can also visit the City Hall Tower, which offers a view of the city. The City Hall Garden is surely worth a visit as well 😉 Due to the Crown Prince Frederik 50th birthday, all streets are decorated with their nation flags. Very cute. I love places that still have its royal traditional and charm. Lunch was done at Bjørgs Café. C went for a hamburger, whereas I opted for a caesar salad. Since it’s a café they don’t have much of variety of food choices to offer on their menu. Yet, enough to still one’s hunger 😀 Service was quick and very friendly staff. However, food wise – don’t expect too much here!
Afterwards, we made a stop at the flower shop called “The Green Room”, where we ordered a bouquet for a very special upcoming day… 😉
