I picked the restaurant Nicole based on various reviews, apparently this place has one of the nicest views of the Old Town, Prince Islands and beyond; beside the good food which serves Contemporary Mediterranean Cuisine at Michelin-starred level. 😀 
The restaurant is located on the terrace of Beyoğlu’s Tomtom Suites hotel. 
They have two tasting menus to choose from (which changes every six weeks): Discovery (190TL) and Nicole (225TL). The only difference is that Nicole has two courses more (*)
We went for the full tasting menu starting off with the first course called WELCOME Amuse-bouches (the frog leg was really tasty) 
Followed by two courses that were not on the menu 😛 
Before continued with SUMMER SALAD Tarama, Watermelon (I like the watermelon but weird combination though) 
(*) SARDINES Vine Leaf, Onion 
OCTOPUS Red Pepper, Raspberry (really yummy this one) 
TOMATO Curd Cheese, Fig Leaf 
(*) QUAIL Girolles, Apricot 
Before our main courses finally arrived (as you might have guessed from the picture quality, it was already dark by then)
I went for FISH OF THE DAY Zucchini, Olive (super tender and soft the fish filet) 
Whereas C opted for SPRING LAMB Shell Beans, Garlic 
Finishing up with SWEET ENDING which arrived in two different dessert courses… 
Or maybe I should say three different dessert courses since this one wasn’t on their menu list either 😛 
After so many food, we decided to walk back home to our hotel. Even though it was after 10pmish by the time we left the restaurant but with that many people on the street we somehow felt safe. 
What a city – I can’t wait to explore it tomorrow! Till then, Good Night Istanbul (-_-)Zzzzz
Overall Experience @ Nicole: 8/10 (Nothing too spectacular food wise but nice presentation of the food. Not the friendliest staffs working there, but the female chef, Aylin Yazıcıoğlu, was super friendly. After the last course, when the dessert was served, she came out and asked how we like the food etc.).
