Yes, you read the title correct „flying noodles“ are the secret stars of this Vietnamese restaurant, that is located in the district area Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin. Their flying noodles comes in three different forms 1) Flying Hu Tieu (with duck) 2) Flying Mi Quang (with salmon) and 3) Flying Mi Hai San (with seafood). If you are not a noodle fan, don’t worry, they also have other Vietnamese food such as Phở or a various selection of different rice dishes to choose from.

As for the drink menu beside the classical ginger or mint tea, they also serve goji tea (with mint and lemon). Very nice 🙂 For starter we opted for Crunchy Rolls… … and Fried Fish Cakes (super tasty this one) 😉 Before our main “highlights” arrived – zim zala bim – let me introduce:

Flying Hu Tieu & Flying Mi Quang Aren’t these noodles an “eye-catcher”? 😎

In terms of taste, the grilled duck was perhaps a little bit overcooked, therefore it wasn’t that easy to chew. I like the salmon though. As for the noodles – they were alright. Tasted bit too dry though and not that special.

Overall Experience: 7.5/10 (a very unique and fun concept)
