It’s finally Sushi Time!! My first go of this year 🙂 I wonder how I survived that long since Sushi is always on the list of my favourite food choices.
We went to Suno Sushi & Noodles, which is located near Alexander Platz (within walking distance from the train station).
My first impression of the restaurant is that the decoration is simple, which I don’t mind since I came here for the food 😉
Their menu offers a wide selection of Sushi as well as Vietnamese cuisine, which is a nice concept since you don’t have to stick to sushi if you are not a big fan of “raw” fish…
I went for their ‘Inside Out’ menu that comes with Miso Soup, and a selection of California Sake, Tuna and Surimi. I also tried their glass noodles calamari salad, which was okay. I really liked their hot lemon with ginger, mint and honey drink, which was served in a big beer glass *lol*
Service was fast, we ordered our food and it soon arrived without to wait too long for it (and we were not the only guests). But maybe their service was a little bit too fast since we noticed that on the other table they even served the wrong food! Whereas service was fast, the staffs were not the friendliest. Maybe because they were bit stressed out since only two waiters were scheduled for a Friday night on the shift, and they had to look after all the guests…
Overall Experience: 5/10 (food was nice; reasonable price but not the nicest staffs…)
