Have I mentioned that Mid-December to Mid-February is one of my favourite months?! Not because of the weather (I definitely prefer here other seasons) but for the fact of all the festivals. Starting with Christmas, NYE, NY, not to mention my birthday (Capricorns are simply the best *hahaha*) and then Chinese NYE & NY, with a little break in between till Valentine’s Day!! There are simply so much love and happiness in the AIR during this cold and grey season.
From today on we have officially the Rooster Year according to the Chinese Calendar. I am not saying I am a very superstitious person but it always helps me a bit to know what this year means and what changes / challenges it might (will) bring…
Monkey year was supposed to be a “dynamic” year for me, which I agree. Lots of unexpected – mostly positive changes happened in my life. I shared and created lots of happy memories.
1) Working for one of the biggest airline industry. Even though I find myself again in an 8 hours desk job, however, time goes surprisingly fast. I can see myself changing department but I do not want to change industry
2) Being able to explore so many different countries and culture (which I am sure will be also continued in this year)
3) Last but not least – my bf – I know things have not been easy between us but I never thought it would be YOU! But it’s destiny I guess, right? The way how we met – and how everything turned into… Speaking of an “upgrade” in the relationship might be bit (too) early at this stage – but I can feel that there will be something coming up by the end of this year… let’s see…
So far a very short summary of my Monkey year. I don’t have any bad memories… I got terribly sick at the beginning of last year (but this was still counted into the Goat year).
Apparently the Rooster year means for my zodiac sign a “good development in both love and career” as long as I am careful. If I am planning to start my own business, it should happen in this year (which I surely want to do). Moreover, I should be cautions and not easily trust anybody (I am still on the learning curve in this regard since I sometimes still finding myself into the trap of trusting people too easy and getting myself hurt). Overall it should be a stable year for me and a lucky one as well, as long as I work hard and keep being persistent by focusing on my goals; I should be able to see some fruits of my achievements.
